The snow that started on Valentine's Day continued to fall overnight.
I'd say we got about 5 inches.
Generally not that noteworthy for February but considering we've had hardly ANY snow this year it's worth pointing out.

Dale and I stayed in tonight and had a simple dinner of chicken breasts. For dessert we had chocolate turtle cake with vanilla bean ice cream.

The kids enjoyed passing out treats.
One of my students brought roses for the entire class! Here's my rose and another for a student who was absent.
Got some nice chocolate from some of the kids.

These turkeys wandered into the school courtyard this morning.
The kids were intrigued.
Fat Tuesday 2024 - Dinner at Fran & Charlies

Fran and Charlie had us over for Fat Tuesday. The Hara's, Wyn and James, and Christine were there as well. It was great to see everyone.
Fran served muffaleta sandwiches and veggies for appetizers. Charlie made shrimp and grits for dinner. Fran had orderd a king cake for dessert and it was incredible.
Finished up with coffee and Fran's homemade limoncello.
